Welcome to Urentals.ae. By accessing and using this site, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions, which apply to Urentals.ae and all its affiliated internet sites that reference these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend checking these Terms regularly for updates.

Site Policies

Our Site Policies, including these Terms & Conditions, may be updated periodically to meet requirements. Customers should revisit these sections frequently for updates. Modifications are effective upon posting.

a. Payments made on our website are securely transmitted to our payment provider.

b. The cardholder is responsible for retaining transaction records and adhering to merchant policies.

Use of the Site

Users must be 18 or older to register and transact on the Site. We grant you a non-transferable, revocable license for shopping purposes only. Commercial or third-party use requires prior explicit permission from Urentals.ae. Violations result in immediate license revocation.

Registration for certain services and features is required. By registering, you agree to provide accurate information and maintain account security. You're responsible for all activities under your account and must report unauthorized use promptly.

During registration, you consent to receive promotional emails, with an option to unsubscribe later.

Equipment

All equipment listed in the quotation is the sole property of U.H.M EVENTS ORGANIZING L.L.C and is provided to customers for hire/rental through Urentals.ae. Equipment availability, rates, and services are subject to confirmation at the time of booking. U.H.M EVENTS ORGANIZING L.L.C ensures that the equipment is in good working condition upon delivery. However, it is the client's responsibility to confirm the suitability of the equipment for its intended purpose. Any concerns must be communicated immediately upon receipt of the equipment.

Insurance and Liability

We do not provide insurance for the rented equipment. The client/hirer is responsible for obtaining any necessary insurance coverage for high-value items or events. Urentals.ae is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or property damage that may occur during the rental period. By renting from us, the client/hirer acknowledges that they assume full responsibility for the equipment and its use during the rental period.

Rental Period and Extensions

The rental period begins upon delivery of the equipment and ends upon the agreed return date. If the equipment is not returned on time, an additional fee will be charged for each day the equipment is overdue. Requests for extensions must be made in advance and are subject to availability and approval by Urentals.ae. If an extension is granted, the client/hirer will be charged according to the extended rental period rates.

Cancellations and Refunds

Customers may cancel their bookings up to 7 days prior to the scheduled delivery without incurring a cancellation fee. Cancellations made between 7 days and 3 days before the event will incur a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total rental cost. For cancellations made within 3 days of the event, a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the total rental amount will apply. This fee is based on the 20% deposit required to secure the rental booking. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the event.

Pricing Structure

All prices on the website are set for daily rentals only. Should a customer require rentals for a longer period, starting at one week, discounts may be applied based on the total spending and the items rented. Discounts for weekly or extended rentals will be calculated according to the total rental value and the specific equipment being rented. Customers can contact us for a custom quote when looking to rent for an extended period.

Damages and Repairs

The client/hirer is responsible for any damages to the equipment during the rental period. If the equipment malfunctions or is damaged through no fault of the client/hirer, U.H.M EVENTS ORGANIZING L.L.C will either repair or replace the equipment at no additional cost, provided that the issue is reported promptly. If the equipment is damaged due to improper use or negligence, the client/hirer will be charged the full repair or replacement cost.

Force Majeure

Urentals.ae is not responsible for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms & Conditions due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government actions, strikes, pandemics, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule the rental or provide a refund, depending on the situation.

Equipment Responsibility

In cases of confiscation, loss, theft, or damage to the equipment during the event, the client/hirer is responsible. The client/hirer will be liable to pay an amount equal to the current market value (in cash) to replace the damaged or lost equipment. It is the client/hirer's responsibility to ensure reasonable care of the equipment during the hire period to minimize potential loss or damage due to theft, breakage, pilferage, or adverse weather conditions.

Delivery and Setup

Delivery fees may apply based on the location and size of the rental order. Our delivery team will arrange a delivery window with the client in advance. The client/hirer must ensure that there is appropriate access to the delivery site. U.H.M EVENTS ORGANIZING L.L.C offers optional setup and takedown services for an additional fee. If the client opts for self-setup, they are responsible for following the provided instructions to ensure proper use of the equipment.

Client Responsibilities During Events

The client/hirer is responsible for ensuring that all rented equipment is used appropriately and safely during the event. This includes monitoring the behavior of event attendees and preventing misuse of the equipment. The client/hirer agrees to follow any specific instructions provided by U.H.M EVENTS ORGANIZING L.L.C regarding the care and use of the rented items.

Indemnification

The client/hirer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold Urentals.ae harmless from any claims, damages, or losses (including legal fees) arising from the use of rented equipment, including any claims related to injury or property damage. This indemnification extends to third-party claims arising from the event where the rented equipment was used.

Sales Orders

We may refuse or cancel any sales order at any time. Additional verifications may be required before order acceptance. While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur. We reserve the right to cancel orders with incorrect pricing and will notify you accordingly.

Payment

a. All prices are set for daily rentals only.

b. To secure your booking, a 20% down payment of the total rental cost is required. This down payment is

deducted from the total balance due.

c. Upon delivery, the client must pay the remaining balance of the rental cost plus a 20% refundable security deposit for any potential damages or losses. The security deposit will be refunded after the event once all rented items are returned in good condition.

d. We currently accept Bank Transfers or Cash on Delivery.

Disputes

Disputes related to the Site are subject to confidential arbitration in Dubai, UAE, unless involving intellectual property rights. Claims must be filed within one year; otherwise, the account will be terminated.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions, as well as any disputes arising from the use of the site or the rental of equipment, will be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE. However, we reserve the right to seek legal remedies in other jurisdictions if necessary.

User Submissions

Submissions to the Site become our property and won't be returned. Do not provide false information or mislead us or third parties about submission origins. We reserve the right to remove or edit submissions.
